FOSTER

Can you help a dog through the transitional phase of being rescued? It takes a special person and with a huge heart. Whether it is a street rescue, or a dog coming from the chaos of a noisy, crowded shelter -- love, time, and patience are the initial qualifications to foster a dog. The dogs need time to decompress and gain confidence so they can make the transition successfully to their forever home. They require a routine, some basic training, and a feeling of security and support by providing a safe and loving environment. We will stand behind you every step of the way by providing everything you will need – food, supplies, and medical treatment. You will help us know more about the dog so we can make a perfect match in finding the best possible home. Fostering helps save lives! Your help:

1. Allows us to take in another dog in need.

2 Gives us more information about your foster dog so we can find a perfect forever home.

3 Gives your foster dog the time needed to be ready for adoption, by giving him the confidence needed to feel comfortable and safe.
